[BUG] Popup Service - Can't access view model

Current Behavior

When launching a popup using the PopupService, you used to be able to send in a lambda to setup the view model that is going to be bound.

     var result = await _popupService.ShowPopupAsync((MySelectorViewModel vm) =>
            {
                vm.Selected = selected;
                vm.Items = allItems;
            });

I feel like this can no longer be done. I have no way to access the popup's View Model.

Expected Behavior

I expect that I have a way to setup the view model when launching a popup.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Write an app one year ago that uses the Community Toolkit Popup Service
2. Upgrade the Community Toolkit
3. Experience breaking changes that are not very clear how to resolve
