iOS Snackbar Border

Any ideas on how I could add a border around the Snackbar popup on iOS?

This is what I'm trying to achieve

I've been trying to do it with a ViewHandler, but since the Snackbar implementation is using Platform Controls instead of Cross Platform controls, I don't think it's achieveable with a custom ViewHandler.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
