EventToCommand parity with IPopup lifecycle events

Using <toolkit:EventToCommandBehavior /> to subscribe an ICommand to EventHandler Opened on the IPopup interface doesn't appear to register. I think this would be a useful dev-ex improvement if possible reducing lines in code-behind (assuming use of xaml).

e.g.,

    <toolkit:EventToCommandBehavior Command="{Binding OpenedCommand}"
                                    EventName="Opened" />
</toolkit:Popup.Behaviors>

Even if I've defined x:DataType at the root level and BindingContext in code-behind? i.e.,

<toolkit:Popup ...
               x:DataType="vm:PopupViewModel">
    ...
</toolkit:Popup>

public Popup(PopupViewModel viewModel)
{
    InitializeComponent();
    BindingContext = viewModel;
}

This pattern seems to work across the rest of our app, though worth mentioning we've been going since NET7 so potentially a missed refactor at somepoint along the way?

Version 10 of the toolkit changed this behaviour to align with how .NET MAUI works. It is explained in the release notes here https://github.com/CommunityToolkit/Maui/releases/tag/10.0.0
