Generated solution includes markdown documents for disabled componentsΒ #226

@Arlodotexe

Description

@Arlodotexe

Describe the bug

The generated solution doesn't exclude markdown documents for disabled components, making it impossible to use the 'single-component' view through our primary solution.

Steps to reproduce

.\tooling\GenerateAllSolution.ps1 -MultiTargets wasdk -Components Extensions

Note: due to another bug, the Converters and SettingsControls must be included when building the gallery, making the repro command:

.\tooling\GenerateAllSolution.ps1 -MultiTargets wasdk -Components Extensions,Converters,SettingsControls

Expected behavior

When single-solution (tabbed) view should show if only a single component is requested during solution generation, and documents in excluded components shouldn't be included.

Screenshots

Note how the sample projects are not included, but the markdown files containing the samples appear anyway.
