Thanks so much Shane! It's been a pleasure working with you on the Toolkit over the years! 🦙❤️ I even remembered I had missed a couple of more pages of my notebook to bring over here. Added some history about our story with WinUI in above now too, and the early days of the .NET Community Toolkit as it spun out of the WCT from @Sergio0694's initial work in the Toolkit. Hopefully we'll remember to update this post in the future as a living history of the WCT and all its releases past, present, and future! |

I figured it'd be fun to share a breakdown of all the history of the various releases that I've kept track of over the years. (I do miss when we updated the photo of the sample app each release [except for that time I forgot... 🙈].)
Look how far we've come from the 1.0 release:

Did you know a number of controls that exist within WinUI today started their journey in the Windows Community Toolkit? The table below (not complete) shows a number of the controls we've tracked over the years, when they were added to the WCT and when they were added to the platform.
We've also created a number of WPF Polyfills over the year including:
GridSplitter,WrapPanel,DockPanel,LayoutTransformControl,UniformGrid,Expander,SwitchConverter, andAdvancedCollectionViewVideos 📺
I pulled out some highlightable moments above for conference appearances and videos, but there's even more! Most of that is archived on the XAML Llama's YouTube page here.
