Describe the bug

When the toast pop-up window is clicked for the first time wake up from sleep mode, there is no callback for the ‘ToastNotificationManagerCompat.OnActivated’ event.

Steps to reproduce

1.	Sleep or hibernation
2.	wake-up
3.	Click on the toast pop-up to view.

Expected behavior

Open my app
