Describe the bug

After #3460 as merged, when I select any of the samples I get this exception. (In this case AlignmentGrid)

I added var a = ResourceLoader.GetForViewIndependentUse();
at Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Controls.dll!Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Controls.GridSplitter.GridSplitter() Line 171
and got the exception
