I cannot add my database into SearchGUI

Hi,
I am facing issue in adding my 2.9GB database into SearchGUI. It says that the tools has used up all the memory and has to be stopped and then gets stuck on Appending Decoy sequences. I have also increased the memory to 29GB in Java settings which was recommended in the error, but still facing the same issue. Please let me know any possible solutions for this as soon as possible.

Sorry to read that the tool is running out of memory. It should be possible to read a 3GB file with 30GB of RAM. Would it be possible for you to send us the log file of the tool? You will find it under the Help menu.
