Links to pre-trained models are dead

Unfortunately, the links provided in the README to the three pre-trained line segmentation and sign detection models (lineNet_basic_vpub.pth, fpn_net_vA.pth, and fpn_net_vF.pth) are dead. Since the online demo is also no longer available, these pre-trained models provided the easiest option to use the web app without going through the whole training process from scratch. It would be great if the outcome of this work were to be accessible again.
