[Minor] Documentation is not clear enough about disabling the parallel processing

I assumed wrongly by reading the README that I had to set -DCTRACK_DISABLE_EXECUTION_POLICY as CMake argument to disable dependency on TBB.

yes when you set it via cmake flag you need to set -DDISABLE_PAR . i will update the documentation. Good hint, thanks
