Add Rhea viewer to website

Rhea xrefs now being added to entries with enzymatic activity. The reaction can be visualised using the Rhea Reaction visualiser javascript viewer -hopefully a low man-power/quick win upgrade to the website. There are enough xrefs added to be worth doing whenever anyone has the time.
