docs: document table lookup and packet payload size batching

on top of usual document making things clear, ensure that

• document what is proposed process to update index tables in CW contract (sender). CW is just contract on Cosmos, can be updated using RPC calls from offchain data or can be called via IBC.
• what is limit of size of memo?
• with LUT, what is limit of accounts used, assuming all accounts are in LUT for transactions, non accounts are in LUT. and half accounts in LUT. My guesstimate that half accounts will be in LUT. Would Solana -> Swap 1 -> Swap 2 -> send to Centauri fit into limit?
• simplified governance for table config
  Swap 1 and Swap 2 are different swap protocols like Raydium or Juniper. They use 22, 26,35, 44,55 accounts in various TXes I saw.
