1.2.0: Simpler Interfaces, Parallel Performance, XDMF and Updated Format

This is the minor release 1.2.0 of libSplash.

All changes are reflected in the issue tracker and change log.

This release updated the internal file format to version 2.0 and will not be compatible with previously created files.

We fixed issue #99 which prevented writing/reading attributes in groups.
