PICMI: current interpolation needs interface to PICMI standard #5474
Description
The current interpolation implemented in #5459 does not yet comply to the options provided in the PICMI standard. See here. This was done to include this PIConGPU feature quickly without having to deal with the hassle of following the PICMI approach.
Our current interface needs to be added to the PICMI interface.
