[Bug] Asset viewer background colour does not match theme

The asset viewer background is always black.
This means when viewing notifications in light mode the panel is hard to see.

I think we have two options. 

1. Make the asset viewer background follow the theme. or
2. Remove transparency from the sidebar.

I leaning towards option 2
