User Status Cleanup #7
Description
Seeing reports of inconsistencies in how the connector is reporting user statuses:
- Slack users that are deactivated appear as deleted.
- Slack users that are inactive appear as enabled.
- Slack users that are deleted continue to show as a strange user in the account list.
