Feature: support table names with schemas

Feature description

Currently, source connector can only read table names from default 'public' schema.
Setting settings.tables: other.table1,another.table2 will crash the pipeline.

@rauanmayemir The connection string is a pgx connection string, and it looks like you should be able to specify the schema through the connection string: jackc/pgx#1013. I didn't use it myself though.:)
