[PhonemicInventory] Display a grid and side context menu where we can see the phonem data

When we double click on a phonem, a menu appears to show all the caracteristique of a phonem (romanization, play sound, rarity, banned in the language, not recommanded, etc...) and to changer diacritics, suprasegmental, etc... 

The inventory grid got several views where we can see such information directly on the grid

a button to switch bettwen IPA and the grid data selected in a dropdown menu
