[Feature request]: Add text to modelReport

Describe the new feature

Hello,
I am trying to add some extra text to the html report generated by the SDMtune function modelReport.
The extra text is a project-specific R list (or a dataframe), generated using additional code.
It would be a great addition to the modelReport function if the user could define some extra text to be added to the final html report.
