• Settings Refactor and Network Access Refactor

  Migrate the Trends.Earth settings page from its own dialog window to reside within the main QGIS settings window. Also streamline the Trends.Earth settings options so that they are easily viewable (adding collapsible regions where needed) even on screens of varying sizes. Migrate all network access within requests module to use QGSNetworkAccess manager. Use threading wherever possible to ensure that gui remains responsive during downloads, login, etc.
