Consider spatial autocorrelation besides HUC unit #13
Description
HUC 6 or HUC 8 might not reflect the spatial correlation among stream temperatures as well as other patterns. Consider spatial random fields. Might have to switch from JAGS to TMB and solicit Jim Thorson's help. This might be the next step after getting good models running in JAGS with HUC random effects and sites nested within HUCs.
