Table of Derived Metrics

Make a table of the derived metrics with a brief description of each. Then anyone can add to it as we think of new metrics or hear from resource managers about metrics they want/need. I think this is probably the best repo for it, but I will also add it to a Wiki and provide a link to it in this repo (unless someone has a better idea).
