We can use this document as a starting point.

Core tasks:

• Describe major functionality requirements and modules
• Outline project structure and core functions
• Construct API
• Brainstorm unit tests (how can we know for certain that our code is behaving as expected)?
• Outline plan for implementing the core functionality
• Figure out a way to store the data (on the cluster, dropbox, locally?) depending on the dataset size
• Look at Dart Brains for preprocessing info/tutorials
