support penn memory lab datasets

do a deep dive into the Penn Computational Memory Lab's behavioral data portal: https://memory.psych.upenn.edu/Data_Archive

carefully catalog any datasets that could be supported by quail (i.e., list learning; free recall or serial recall) and:

• download the dataset and documentation
• convert the dataset to .egg format
• add a tutorial to the sphinx documentation
• add a link to the paper + full citation to quail/data/README.md
• add support for the dataset to quail.load_example_data

make sure every dataset has a unique name.
