Release package on conda-forge

We've recently opened a PR to submit Tight Inclusion on conda-forge: conda-forge/staged-recipes#31718
If any of upstream developers want to be added in the maintainer list, please let me know.

Hi @wangbolun300, the PR has been merged and the tight-inclusion package is now available on conda-forge !
If you want to add yourself to the package maintainers list, please create an issue on the feedstock repository with the title @conda-forge-admin, please add user @wangbolun300 so that conda-forge bot will automatically create the PR to add you to the list, then I'll be able to merge.
