XY plot annotations?

Hello, we are pretty new to phoebus. Is there a way to put annotations on a XY graph? I would like to have a sort of "tool tip" that add more information of the point that is traced (think for instance to the name of the BPM on a XY graph that show the orbit). If not could you suggest a way to add this information in a BPMs orbit phoebus panel?
