Alarm Config Logger

Hi,
can anybody specify the options available for the alarm_config_logger ?
Are they the same as CLI parameters or are there additional parameters like log levels ...?

-properties alarm_config_logger.properties - Properties file to be used (instead of command line arguments)
-logging logging.properties                - Load log setting

Additionally, I would suggest adding a docker image for it, similar to the alarmserver and alarmlogger images currently created via GitHub Actions.

For the alarm logger the preference like kafka server, topics etc are specified in the properties file.

log level can be define din the logging.properties ( like the standard util logging )
