[Feature] Parent Controls: Add Safe Search to All Search Engines

Please Add option to force Safe Search to all search engines. For Parent Controls Reason
Should be pretty simple to implement, all you need is a suffix &safe=active for most search engines.

https://yandex.com/search?text={searchTerms}&family=1

Also, it would be cool to lock and force safe search so even if user deletes &safe=active suffix for google url in an example, safe search would turn still be on.
