Copilot powered git workflow: stage - code review - commit

Hi, I'd like to share a custom workflow for git using CopilotChat.nvim.

1. stage changes with fugitive
2. ask Copilot for a code review, opening the chat with a custom prompt /codereview and context #git:staged
3. accept the code review with <c-y> immediately issuing a :Git commit
4. when the gitcommit opens, immediately send an headless request with /commit and #git:staged asking for a commit message based on the staged changes
5. replace the gitcommit buffer content with the response
6. accept the message and issue a git commit with <c-y>
