Specify a directory as a context

The use cases I can think of:

1. working on a monorepo: limit the context to an individual app/package/repo
2. on frontend projects, a component can be specified across multiple files organized by directory, one dir per component
3. on backend projects, directories are also used to organize closely related code, like controllers, services or models

Ex: #dir:~/foo/bar

I could create a PR for this, if you think it's worthy it. I don't know how would you specify list or full though. Maybe you can guide me.

Yea i was thinking about supporting this as well, for now using #quickfix instead as workaround. But as you said, theissue is files:full and files:list, I think they would need to get split if we would want to support this, but unsure to what. But ideally files would support matcher as argument, so for example #files:my/dir/**/*.js etc
