Support multiple open active Unity projects

Feature Request: It would be really useful to be able to have multiple Unity projects open at the same time with active connections from AI tools (Kiro, AC, Cursor etc) without incurring any project cross talk.

@ibytergj what's "project cross talk"? Can you describe what happens now, and your ideal workflow for your various code editors + Unity projects?

Hi Marcus, cross talk refers to when the AI agent doesn't know which unity project the mcp is currently talking to when you have more then one unity project open at a time and the mcp is active on both.

If supportable I would like to be able to target a specific open Unity project from a specific open AI assistant and be sure that there is no way for the AI agent to accidentally send commands to another open unity project through the MCP interface.
