Tons of mistakes, which model to use?

Gemini, claude, codex all seem to have lots of mistakes and errors I need to fix after, what model/setup/etc are you guys using, does anyone have it working perfect?

Hi, thanks for your feedback. It will help us if you can include screenshots of the mistakes and errors, then we can focus in on what the exact problems might be. There are a lot of client/IDE types, a lot of LLMs, and a lot of tools the MCP uses, so the more specific you can be about what's going wrong, the better. Thanks!
