Upgrade Aquatic compatibility issues #11

Minecraft 1.16.5 Forge 36.2.4
River Trees from Upgrade Aquatic appear far less than they should, I presume because of the way rivers generate with Upstream, leaving little to no grass blocks uncovered by water to allow the trees to spawn. Is there any chance this could be fixed in a later update, or any way I can adjust the configs to make river trees more likely to spawn next to rivers again?
Also, pickerelweed and driftwood seems to generate a lot less as well, but I'm not quite sure what exactly causes that.
