Confusing misspelling of two provinces of Angola

In the Angola country data, numerous provincial policies are attributed to "Luanda Norte" and "Luanda Sul". To the best of my knowledge (I am not Angolan) these provinces are called "Lunda Norte" and "Lunda Sul" respectively. "Luanda" is the capital of Angola and is in Luanda Province, not Lunda Norte or Lunda Sul.

I spot-checked the links to the sources, and the policies do indeed seem to be referring to Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul, so the fix is likely just dropping the "a", though someone might want to do a more thorough check.
