API - Method to check if ItemStack is key

Describe the feature

There should be a method built into the API to determine if an ItemStack is a CrateKey or not, and compare if two crate key items are matches. If the direction is to move developers to using the API over the Paper project for interaction, these methods will help achieve that.

1. Download or Clone the project.
2. Run ./gradlew build
3. Check build/libs folder

And then use the API however you use it, and let me know if it works for your use case.
