Enchanted items dissapear in contraption containers and break them

Description

When placing an enchanted item, such as a Netherite sword with Sharpness V, in a contraption, the game prints a registry error message in the console when the world is saved. After leaving and rejoining the server (or singleplayer world), the container is no longer interactable, and when contraption is disassembled, it is empty. This issue has been tested with minecart contraptions and elevator pulleys.

Tested on clean modpack with only Create 6.0.9 1.21.1 with different java versions. First version that introduced this bug - 6.0.7. Also happens on my Debian 13 server with 6.0.8 Create
