- Press button Baseline Correction: two new tabs will appear
- Check correctness of baseline correction
- Press button Calculate Power at Cuvette: value+error will appear in main window
- Repeat for dataset 2 and 3, if available
- Press button Calculate: the averaged power+error will appear in the corresponding text fields

- Press button Load to load LED emission spectrum
-- The intensity data does not need to be normalised
- Press button Plot to plot the LED emission spectrum (before processing)

- Set Threshold to desired value: the aim is to exclude the parts of the LED emission spectra that contain only noise
- Press button Process: a new tab appears showing the processed data
- Check correctness of processed spectral data

- Press button Calculate QY:
-- A new tab appears displaying the fit of the model vs. experimental
-- Results are displayed in: QY results and % at PSS
- If satisfied with results: press button Save Results
-- Choose name for file
-- The figure will be saved (as .png and .svg) and a Results.txt will be generated
