Ignoring folders

Any way to set this to ignore some folders within bower_components. My issue is I am loading jquery and bootstrap elsewhere but packages that declare it as a dependency, cause it to be pulled in to bower_components. Then the plugin packages it up with all the other vendor stuff causing breakage. Would be nice if I could tell the plugin to just ignore "jquery" for example.
