Quick Notes:  Add some canned quick notes that phone volunteers can add to the notes section

great idea from power user Dave Whale:  

Feature request: Getting more and more calls of people who don't answer calls from unknown numbers. I always put a note saying "If homeowner doesn't answer phone please leave a message and s/he will call you back." Would it be possible just to have a checkbox added to the intake form that says something like "Leave message if they don't answer."?
