Close/reopening sidebar doesn't keep the scroll location

OS + OS-Version: Windows 10

I think it used to do this - when I closed firefox and opened it up again later, it'd scroll the sidebar to where it used to be.

Now, even if the active tab is at the very bottom of the list, it stays scrolled to the top until I change the tab.

This should be semi-fixed with ebaf62e (v0.9.2).

However, right now the active tab is always at the very end. I would like to restore the exact scroll position on a re-opening as long as the active tab is visible. I will do this likely in a few days.
