New tab should scroll the tab overview #53

When creating a new tab, the tab overview should scroll down for keeping the newly created tab in sight. But it shouldn't scroll if the current tab would get out of sight and instead flash the „+“ icon. This resembles the regular (vertical tab bar) behaviour.
