After some downloads a downloaded episode is still in que as waiting

When downloading many amines at once it can happen that a episode is in the que, even after it is being downloaded. It is staying as waited but the program reqognices that is not in the que. You cant interact with it anymore, and the download works just fine. It is just as a ,,decoration'' still there.

Here two examples. The first one there is only one that is a ghost after image, that is on the newest version. On the second i downloaded Naruto and it was with the update befor the currently one, where two ghost images are in the que

do you have any errors in the log? are they still there if you switch to the calendar and then back to the queue? is there any reliable way to reproduce it?

I just checked. I didnt see anything in the log. There is also no reliable way, as it happens sometimes after a hundred downloads or like today after 50 downloads.

It seems it has to do with many downloads?
