Description
📝 Issue Description
The First Contributions tutorial is currently available in 100+ languages but not in Telugu (తెలుగు), which is spoken by 80+ million people worldwide, primarily in India.
🎯 Proposed Solution
I would like to add a complete Telugu translation of the tutorial to make it accessible for Telugu-speaking developers who are starting their open-source journey.
📄 Files to Translate
README.md → Create translations/README.te.md
All tutorial instructions and steps
Git command explanations
Contribution workflow
💡 Why This Matters
Reach: Telugu is the 15th most spoken language globally and 3rd in India
Accessibility: Removes language barriers for millions of potential contributors
Inclusion: Aligns with the repository's mission of making open source accessible worldwide
Representation: Currently missing from the 100+ available translations
