some problems in step of run

There`s a problem when I run : docker run --privileged --name travis -v ~/volumes/local:/travis -t -p 26657:26657 -p 8545:8545 cybermiles/travis node start --home /travis

I have walk through docker test container "doodle"

It seems that docker failed to open a communication port on your host. Please turn off all firewalls on windows and try again. Thanks.

It seems useless until turn off all firewalls, may be travis dont support win10 x64 docker, im so suffered.
