ManageWebhooks api deleteWebhookSubscription method responds 406 due to incorrect accept header in 0.0.70
It's been broken since 0.0.65 or 0.0.66 after updating accept header to application/hal+json;charset=utf-8 instead of application/json;charset=utf-8
