Pulling the certificate from source other than file

I'm hosting my app as a app service in Azure in Windows container. Is it possible to read the certificate from certificate store instead of from the file? What will be the changes I need to make instead of below calls:

            _configurationDictionary.Add("keysDirectory", "Resource");
            _configurationDictionary.Add("keyFilename", "testrest");
