Some ontologies in Ontologies_forRepo.xlsx incorrectly mark linking to others

• BOT lists link to DBO. However in current BOT version DBO is only declared in namespace section, and not used elsewhere.
• CDC lists link to BOT and DOT. But they are not present anywhere besides namespace section.

That are just two examples. lov.linkeddata.es correctly identifies Incoming and Outgoing links.

Thanks for pointing this out. Ultimately, this is the kind of things we are working on to try to detect and report to ontology owners. Ideally, BOT and CDC owners should fix this and then send us an update. I'll keep this open as we consider how to best deal with this kind of issues.

Update. I now have the code to sort this out. But, I need to integrate it with the main repository and that will take some time. The code will also let the ontology owners see what does not seem correct with their ontology, such as prefixed URIs --- i.e. namespaces --- that are actually not used.
