Telegram Notification Settings

I spent longer than I'd like to admit trying to get Telegram notifications working with a bot. The logs within Discount Bandit were helpful but I had no idea that I needed to add a '100' between the '-' and the channel ID. Perhaps the explanation field next to "Telegram channel id" that currently says 'include the "-"' could be modified to say:
in the format "-100[Channel ID]"
