Feature request: multiple location targets for failover when server availability is limited at Hetzner #19

Hetzner does not always have the preferred server type available in all locations. This can cause the action to fail
Describe the solution you'd like
Allow selecting multiple locations so the runner can select a region where the requested server type is available
Describe alternatives you've considered
Setting up multiple jobs with different locations that only execute if the previous job fails.
I'm not sure this approach would work and it would get clunky, it'd be great if this could be handled by this Action.
