Todo: Split testcases

Some PRs added new testcases under tests/Resources/
However, tests/Resources mostly maps the test cases from the spec.
There should be a separate folder for the testcases that are custom to this repository.

Actually we should probably also move to verify, which I find works much better and easier out of the box than the snapshooter library
